I am a certified pet care technician(ABKA) and I have been breeding rats since 2008.we are located in utah county utah (provo). I focus on health/temperament first then markings/ types.
We are a Rattery and small animal RESCUE,
I breed high white marking rats whose lines have shown no health issues. I only breed when I have the room and demand (for example: If i have a lot of rescues I will not breed until they have found homes.)
Each rat is $10 each. Each Rat come with health guarantee and pedigree
why ten dollars you may ask when you can just buy a rat from a local pet store for half the price? because each rat is raised to be people friendly, they are not at all afraid of people. we spend a lot of time caring for and taming these wonderful little lives. my females are bred at a certain age to ensure no health issue and stunted growth. the ten dollars goes right back into the care of the rattie family he/she is leaving behind her at the rattery. we do not charge extra for certain features or traits. all babies are 10 all adults are just 5 or free. under pet contract only.
All proceeds go strait back to my rats. By having an adoption fee I can afford to continue rescuing, re-homing and breeding my beautiful rats.
